He formalizes the processes, reports, and analytics into the Hermes Law Case Architectūra (HLCA), a best-in-class client-facing litigation services delivery ecosystem. Dwayne’s innovative focus is broad. The mission of Hermes Law is to “Change how law firms operate and change how legal services are delivered.” A significant advancement in achieving this mission was the founding in 2020 of ClaimDeck. ClaimDeck has tech-enabled the HLCA by making it web-based and enabling clients to deploy this best-in-class litigation delivery platform across all of their law firms and thereby “Change[ing} how law firms operate and how legal services are delivered.” With ClaimDeck, litigation is handled in a uniform, transparent, and data-driven way.
