Claim Score

Visible as a distinct column in the Claim Table of ClaimDeck, the Claim Score uses the carrier’s litigation guidelines to score the compliance of the claim. This percentage-driven approach provides:

The accuracy of valuations and budgets greatly impacts your insurance company’s reserves. Your valuations within ClaimDeck will be guided by a process proven to reach a much more accurate valuation. It supports attorneys in considering all of the elements that impact the valuation, including the jurisdiction’s comparative fault and joint and several liability.

The user-friendly budget module allows you to create budgets for all stages and phases of the matter, capturing changes throughout the lifecycle of the claim/matter. It allows you to include comments by line item to provide more insight into the projected expenses of a claim. It follows the industry’s UTBMS standard and can be easily exported. You can also track how much has been billed to the claim and stay up-to-date on how much of the budget has been consumed.

Settlement Negotiation Management

At the end of the day, the numbers are what really matter. The settlement negotiations module lets you easily keep track of each back and forth, no matter how many parties are involved.

ClaimDeck then visualizes this along with the claim valuation and possible coverages to get a bigger picture of how the negotiations are trending.

Analytics

On the claim table, you are able to slice and dice the data on your claims in any way that suits your work. You can filter by 50 different data categories and several boolean functions. All of the data can be easily exported and the data visualized in your preferred tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc).

Compliance

Advance compliance and direct focus and resources with notifications on each of your claims that let you know when a claim is missing important information, like a valuation, or when the amount billed is getting too close to the top of the budget. Don’t let any task fall through the cracks by creating in-platform and email reminders.

Documents

The current exchange of documents through emails is not secure. ClaimDeck can be the secure place where the key documents that need to be shared between the carrier, counsel, and others involved in the litigation are readily available.

Communication

ClaimDeck’s messenger feature promotes the coworking activity between the attorney and adjuster. It ties the communication to the particular case in reference and has the ability to point to particular sections of the matter. It also alerts a user of the communication being directed to them through callouts.

The law firm team can have a chat related to a case that is not visible to the adjuster, or others in the firm due to confidentiality and vice versa. The manual tasks of filing and connecting email to a particular claim becomes unnecessary, though still possible, saving time and reducing mistakes and lack of compliance.

An attachment or email going to the wrong client was the most common cause of a data breach for firms in 2021. Not only is this embarrassing, but it can also damage a firm’s reputation.

ClaimDeck empowers the user to create their own attractive reports for either internal use or external presentation. Users can generate claim-specific reports from the claim dashboard or they can create their own report from the claim table.
